Our rental charges are explained clearly up front and can be paid weekly or monthly depending on your needs. All rents are inclusive of all bills, including fast broadband and a fortnightly cleaner for the communal areas. Learning from horror stories of some of our current Tenants we’ve also taken steps to ensure that the heating always matches the weather outside – utilising available technology to remote control in real time the temperature of the house means even if the weather changes unexpectedly you won’t feel the chill.

We work in partnership with our Tenants, responsive to any maintenance needs – helping you with any DIY requests to help make your home your own. We remain flexible with how you wish to live, but do insist that all of our homes meet building and fire regulations with fire doors, alarms and appropriate access points.

The little things are also considered, when you move in there will be a cleaning rota in place making sure there is shared responsibility and everyone is provided with a Tenant Handbook and a booklet discussing how to live successful within a HMO environment – this benefits all of our Tenants and reflects our zero tolerance to anti social behaviour. We are a responsible Landlord and want to make sure you know we are on your side.
